Recycle Now is a consumer information campaign run by Budget Pack Ltd, hereafter referred to as "us" or "we".

1.0 We will issue you with a container and distribute this to your registered site. Details of how to order a collection, how to assemble and store the box and details of the batteries that can go into the container are printed on the container. We will notify the contact at an appropriate site of a collection date within 21 days of the request for collection and we intend to collect from your site within a reasonable timeframe estimated to be no more than 6 weeks. We may also collect batteries at any time at our request where we are in the area provided we contact you to notify you prior to the collection. You are required to place your box in a public, sheltered and dry place. If you collect anything other than portable batteries in the boxes provided to you, you will be charged for the collection. If you are a distributor, you are required to collect batteries from any consumer, not just batteries that you have sold or otherwise supplied. You agree to collect batteries through us for the next 12 months form the initial date of ordering a collection. In receiving our collection boxes, you agree to have your collection site published on our website www.recyclenow.co.uk as a public collection point.

2.0 In no circumstances will we be liable to you or any other third parties for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect, including loss of profits, business interruption loss, loss of opportunity or any consequential loss) resulting from or in any way connected with your use of the website or our services, whether caused by negligence, misrepresentation, breach of statutory duty, or breach of contract or otherwise. We do not limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.

3.0 You acknowledge and agree that we are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the website, in the materials published on it or contained in it and of any intellectual property rights arising from, created or used in this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall transfer or vest any of our rights in these intellectual property rights in you. All of our rights in the website, materials and other intellectual property rights arising are reserved.

4.0 You must not use any part of the website or materials for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.

Website means the websites of Budget Pack Limited, principally www.budget-pack.com and www.recyclenow.co.uk.
